West End Property Serices came in and did a great job lifting the rotting wood, repairing and sanding the floor back, staining it a beautiful deep brown and varnishing on top for shine. The guy then sealed the shower, put boxing round some pipes and a new skirting board (all stained too!) Then while he was drinking his tea he fixed a blown socket in my boiler cupboard. Could not be happier with the work done. Top job and not too expensive"
